Toronto CREW is dedicated to assisting young women in commercial real estate stay in the business of real estate by providing experienced mentors who can impart industry knowledge and professional guidance.  The Mentorship Program is designed to benefit these young women in ways that encourage them to continue to pursue a career in commercial real estate and assist them in fulfilling their professional goals.

Toronto CREW is now accepting applications for its 2013 Mentorship Program - the key facts you need to know to participate in this invaluable program are:

For Mentors:

• Membership in Toronto CREW
• Participation in a half day training session on Friday, January 18, 2013 (new mentors only)
• Attendance at a new and returning mentors luncheon after the mentor training on Friday, January 18, 2013 (new and returning mentors)
• Participation in an evening matching event to meet all 2013 mentees on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 and attendance at the 2013 Toronto CREW Mentorship Program Kick Off Cocktail on Thursday, February 7, 2013
• Agree to meet a minimum of one hour per month to meet with your mentee
• If you become a mentor in the program you will be required to submit an electronic picture of yourself for the purpose of the matching event on January 22, 2013.

• Employed in the commercial real estate industry and have more than 1 year and less than 5 years experience in the commercial real estate industry as of July 31, 2012
• Participation in an evening training session on Tuesday, January 15, 2013
• Participation in an evening matching event to meet all mentors on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 and attendance at the 2013 Toronto CREW Mentorship Program Kick Off Cocktail Thursday, February 7, 2013
• Agree to meet a minimum of one hour per month to meet with your mentor
• A maximum of fifteen complete applications from applicants meeting the criteria and received before the deadline will be accepted for the 2013 program.
• Each applicant must submit a letter of reference from a senior member of the real estate profession outlining why they recommend the applicant for Toronto CREW's Mentorship Program.  This must accompany the application form for the application to be considered complete.
• If you are accepted for the 2013 program you will be required to submit an electronic picture of yourself for the purpose of the matching event on January 22, 2013.
