Studies have identified that women in their careers are often not connected to the same informal networks as men. Toronto CREW is dedicated to making those informal networks available to its scholarship winners and other women, within the first five years in the commercial real estate industry, through their Mentorship Program. The foundation of the Mentorship Program was built in 2006 and will be presented as pilot program in 2007.
